Community Teamwork Inc.'s (CTI) Housing and Community Development provides housing and community services to low- and moderate-income families and individuals in 42 cities and towns in the Merrimack Valley and along the North Shore, including Northern Middlesex County and most of Essex County. CTI is a regional nonprofit housing agency offering a wide range of rental assistance programs, elderly housing services, first-time home-buyers' program, housing advocacy and two homeless family shelters.
| CTI's Section 8 housing programs are operated with federal funds under contract with the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development. In addition, CTI has a 60-unit Elderly and Handicapped Housing Development in Methuen. |
